HOME MADE GRAVY
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 heaped tablespoons plain flour
- Meat juices in the bottom of pan
- 1 large beef stock cube
- Plenty of cold water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Drain fat from meat juices
- Add flour, salt and pepper
- Stir over heat until flour is dry and crumbly
- Add water bit by bit, stirring rapidly until the desired consistency
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring to exclude the flour taste. ENJOY!
