My favourite recipes:

HOME MADE GRAVY

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 heaped tablespoons plain flour
  2. Meat juices in the bottom of pan
  3. 1 large beef stock cube
  4. Plenty of cold water
  5. Salt and pepper to taste


Method:

  1. Drain fat from meat juices
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper
  3. Stir over heat until flour is dry and crumbly
  4. Add water bit by bit, stirring rapidly until the desired consistency
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring to exclude the flour taste. ENJOY!
